Төв аймаг Бүрэн сум. Салаагийн хурал Бүрэн сумын төвөөс зүүн урагш 38 км-т Салаагийн уул хэмээх бисрэг нүцгэн толгойн зүүн урд биед Салаагийн худаг хэмээх ширгэсэн хуучин худагнаас баруун тийш 800 метр орчимд энэ дуганы туурь бий.Салаагийн хурал нь 40-50 лам суудаг, байнгын хуралтай, 1 дугантай Төхөмийн хийдээс салбарласан жасаа хурал байжээ.Энэ хурал нь 1880-аад оны сүүлчээр байгуулагдсан гэж үздэг ба 1936 оны сүүлчээр Төхөмийн хийдийг хаагдлахын өмнө үйл ажиллагаа нь зогсжээ.Жил сарын онцгой дүйцэн өдрүүдэд Төхөмийн хийдээс болон Адаацагийн хийд хурал номын газруудаас лам нар нэмэгдэн гарч ирж хурал хурдаг байжээ.Тус жасаа хурлын ойролцоо Төхөмийн хийдийн жасын мал сүрэг намар өвлийн улиралд оторлож өвөлждөг байсан байна. /Бүрэн сумын ИТХ-ын дарга Сэрээтэр гуайтай хийсэн ярилцлагаас 2007.10.18/
Description of location :
The temple base is located to the west of a dried up river bed that used to be called “Salaagiin Khudag”. This river bed is on the eastern slope of a bare and medium-sized mountain, Salaagiin Uul, 38 km. southeast of the Buren sum centre. The temple base is in an open plain.

The soil has covered the site making it hard to locate. It is recommended that a local guide familiar with the location be a guide to the site with use of the old Salaagiin well as a landmark. The area is concealed by densely grown grass.
