Жаргалантын хурал Жаргалант сумын төвөөс зүүн урагш 20 км Бууралын 1-р багийн нутагт Дуганы ам хэмээ газар Ногоон нуруун ар бие баруун гол зүүн гол хоёрын бэлчирт нэг дуган бүхий цагийн хурал байжээ.1890-ээд оны үед Ногоон нурууны даянч лам Гомбоцэрэн гэлэн гэдэг хүн энэхүү дуганыг өөрийн хүч хөрөнгөөр босгож сар жилийн дйүцэн өдрүүдээр ойр хавийн 5-10 лам цуглуулан хурал хурдаг байжээ.Зуны эхэн сард Эрдэнэтолгой хэмээх овоог тахих ба цагийн хурлуудаар ихэвчлэн Ерөөл, Магтаал, Сундуйнжүд, их Манал, дарь эхийн мандал шиваа номуудыг голлон хурдаг байв.Бусад үед мөнх зултай 1 тахилч ламтай байжээ.Энэ хурал нь 1936 оны үед бүрэн хаагдаж дуганыг нь 1940-өөд оны сүүлч 1950-иад оны эхээр буулгажээ.
Description of location :
A temple called Tsagiin Khurliin Dugana is in a forest steppe zone located in a valley of Nogoon Nuruu crest near land called Duganiin Am of the Buurliin 1st brigade. The Buurliin 1st brigade is 20 km. southeast of Jargalant sum centre. The site is near the top of a confluence of two rivers, east and west. The merged river flows about 60 km. into the Baitsiin Gol. A holy mountain called Erdenetogoi is 500 m. from the north of the temple site.

There is a temple base measuring up to 4 x 4 meters concealed by densely grown mountain plants in the forest steppe zone. To the south of the site base there is a lone spruce tree and birch woods along the “2 Taliin Duganii gol” river.
