Дундговь аймаг Дэлгэрцогт сум. Ноёны хийд. Түшээт хан аймгийн Дайчин бэйсийн хошуу буюу одоогийн Дэлгэрцогт сумын төвөөс баруун хойш 22 км орчим Цагааннуур хэмээх газар уг хийдийн туурь болох 2-3 сүм дуганы бололтой туурь бий. Үүнийг нутгийн хүмүүс 19-р зууны сүүлч 20-р зууны эхэн үеэр оршиж байсан Ноёны хийдийн туурь хэмээн ярьдаг. Энд Зүүн чойрын хийдийн мал намаржиж өвөлждөг байснаас үзвэл жасаа хурал байсан бололтой. Мөн хоёр шавар дуган, 1-2 ламтай байнгын хуралгүй дүйцэн өдрүүдэд Дэлгэрийн чойроос лам нар гарч ирж хоёр гурван өдөр хурал хурдаг байсан зэрэг нь уг хурал нь жасаа буюу цагийн хурал байсан гэж үзэж болох юм. Хурлыг 19-р зууны сүүлч үеэр тус хошууны ноён Мөнх-Очирын үүсгэл саннаачлагаар байгуулсан бололтой. Уг хурлын тухай Б.Ренчины 1979 онд эрхлэн хэвлүүлсэн “ БНМАУ-ын угсаатны зүйн атлас”-ын сүм хийдийн бүртгэлд тусгагдаагүй.

Site status at the time of survey :
There is not much remaining on this site. Two foundations of buildings can be made out, one supposedly was a temple. Some stones mark them in line, and a heap or raised area. On the west there are stones in two bears. There are two ovoos, on the north-east, but we could not get any information about their names.

In the west of the temple ruin is a winter camp.
