Status of site at time of survey :
The remains of some temple buildings, stupas and monks residences can still be made out today. The temple buildings were made of mainly blue (grey) and red bricks. A brick-burning stove is still visible in the southwest corner of the complex. It is covered with mud and turf. There is no trace of digging in the area at all. In front of the main assembly hall there is a round-shaped field, maybe used as Tsam dance field. Foundations of at least 3 square-shaped temples are visible. 2-3 bigger stupas stood on the site. 4 bigger courtyards and the foundations of many monk dwellings can be seen. There is a well (Mökhiin us) southwest of the complex and also a cave in the rocky Mökh Mountain in the background. Fragments of pots were scattered on the monastic site.
