Ховд аймгийн Үенч сум. Үенчийн хүрээ / Улаан үзүүрийн хүрээ , Дашчойнхорлин, Дашгүндэглин/ Үенчийн улаан үзүүрт 1762 оны хар морин жилд Дашгүндэглин хийдийг тогтоожээ. Цаньд дацан бүхий энэ хурлын үүсгэн байгуулагчид нь Ойрадын үндсэн ламтан Чүлтэмренчин, Захчин гүн Жанцан нар байв. Зуу шүтээн нь мөнгөөр босгосон Зая Бандида Намхайжамцын дүр , мөн 8-р далай лам, Банчин Эрдэнэний ивээл айлтгалаар баруун зуугаас залж ирсэн хүрэл майдар бурхан, арван догшин сахиусны нэг Балдан Лхам нар байжээ. Энэ дацан нь Улаан үзүүрт өвөлжөөд Рашаатын аманд очиж зусдаг эсгий гэр дугантай нүүдлийн хүрээ байжээ. Үенчийн хүрээ 1931 онд цаг төрийн байдлаас болж Хятадын нутагт дүрвэж нүүхдээ хутагтын гэгээн , зуу шүтээнээ орхилгүй авч хил даваад эргэж 1933 онд Үенчийн цагаан түнгээр буцаж ирэхдээ Уушиг гэдэг газар хасгуудад баригдан дээрэм тонуулд өртжээ. Энэ үед лам нар зуу шүтээнээ хамуутай туранхай торомны бөхнөөс таар уутанд хийн дүүжилж нуужээ. Ийнхүү хамуутай цагаан тэмээг хасгууд тоолгүй үлдсэнээр зуу шүтээн нутагтаа эргэж иржээ. Нэгэнт энэ үед сүм хийдийн эсрэг арга хэмжээ авч явуулж байсан тул уг хүрээ дахин сэргэсэнгүй, лам нар нь хар болцгоож харин зуу шүтээнээ Манхан сумын Таван овооны Цахирын нурган гэдэг газар хадны ёроолд нуун залжээ. Description of location :
Ulaan Uzuuriin Khuree is located on the bank of Uyench river that rises in the Mongol Altai mountain range and runs through Uyench canyon towards the Gobi. There is a sacred ovoo 1.5Km-2Km from the site that was worshiped by the local monks. In 1940s and 1950s a Border military base was established in this area. Currently, the closest town is Uyench sum centre, which is 6Km from the site. The road from the western provinces to Bulag sum and on to the border town goes through the site. Along the road and near the river crossing, a couple of families have set themselves up to cater for passing travelers. However, the canteen site is not that close to the monastery site.

Ruins of some old mud buildings are visible from a distance. Thus the locals call the site Shavariin Balgas (Dirt Ruins). There are some small pits on the site most probably made by soldiers for military drills. Older people told us that some of the ruins on the site were used by the military base while some were dismantled so the clay bricks cold be used for other buildings. Also the ruins have been affected by natural floods. There are clear outlines of residences for monks in the area on the Ulaan Uzuur mountain pass. The texture of the ground is very hilly so it was difficult to take photos of the site. Also we were taken to another spot higher up that the locals thought was another residence area for the monks. However, once we were there we found it was an older burial site. Also I should mention that the locals opinion of the location of the Ulaan Uzuuriin khuree varies.
