Description of location :
The site is located 16Km north-east of the sum centre and a vast valley lies along its east and the south-east side. The site is on the east slope of the Erdene ovoo mountain which lies along its west side. The temples are situated some distance from each other.

There are roofless ruins of a brick building and the outlines of a few other buildings and gers are on the site. After the monastery closed, a Russian military base was located at the site. So any remaining temple buildings were completely destroyed. So it is hard to tell that a monastery was on this site.
