Хэнтий аймгийн Жаргалтхаан сумын Тахилтын хийд Хуучнаар Сэцэн хан аймгийн Баатар бэйлийн хошуу, одоогийн Хэнтий аймгийн Жаргалтхаан сумын нутагт, ой хээрийн бүсэд, сумын төвөөс зүүн хойд зүгт 19 км-т,Тахилт уулын энгэрт, Тэнгэлэг голын зүүн захад Тахилтын буюу Чойнболчогдонлин хийд оршиж байжээ. 1934-38 оны Хүрээ хийдийн судалгаанд Тахилтын хурал буюу Самдэлэг хийд нь 39 лам, нэг гавжтай, гурван сүм дугантай, нэг жастай үүндээ байшин 2, адуу 3, үхэр 11, хонь 32-тай байсан бөгөөд 1938 онд лам нар нь өөрсдийн сайн дураар хар болсон тул хийд хаагдсан хэмээн тэмдэглэгджээ.
