Хэнтий аймгийн Жаргалтхаан сумын Цагаан суварганы хийд Хуучнаар Сэцэн хан аймгийн Баатар бэйлийн хошуу, одоогийн Хэнтий аймгийн Жаргалтхаан сумын нутагт, ойн бүсэд, сумын төвөөс баруун хойд зүгт 70 гаруй км-т, Тусгал уулын баруун хойд талд Цагаан суварга оршиж байсан. 1934-38 оны Хүрээ хийдийн судалгаанд Хутагтын цагаан суварга хэмээн тэмдэглэгдсэн хийд нь Өмнөдэлгэр сумын нутагт харьяалагддаг байсан бөгөөд нэг ламтай, нэг дугантай хурлын газар байгаад 1938 онд сахиж байх эзэнгүй тул хаагдсан хэмээн тэмдэглэгджээ.

The site is in forest range, northwest of Tusgalt Uul, northeast of a winter-quarter of Bamba Baatarsureng (a herdsman of Umnudelger Sum) and 70 km. northeast of Jargaltkhaan sum centre.
