Өмнөговь аймаг Цогтцэций сум Дашлин хурал Цогтцэций сумын нутагт Дашлингийн хурал хэмээх Эрдэнэ овооны орчимд байсан ба 2-3 дугантай Улаан Жамсран шүтдэг түр цагийн хурал байжээ.Энэ хурал нь Сайн бичигтийн хийдээс салбарласан бөгөөд Балдан Цорж Лувсан Цорж гэж 2 хүн хурлыг тэргүүлдэг байсан байна.Мөн энд дэчин зурхайч гэж зурхайч лам суудаг байжээ.Анх тус хурлыг Нурдан тайж гэдэг хүн 1850-иад оны үед үүсгэсэн бөгөөд Цогчин, Ядам, Дарь эхийн гэсэн 3 дугантай байв.Уг хурал 1937 оны эхээр Сайн бичигтийн хийдийг хаагдахад цуг хаагджээ.

Description of location :
The site is located 35Km from Bichigtiin khiid. The sacred Lungiin large and small ovoos are in the area. Tall grass lies along the south of the site and a well called Lungiin us. Rocks of Ulgii lies along the south, Lovshig range is on the west. The temple is built close to the mountain.

From the visible foundations it is probable that there was one big central temple, 2-3 smaller temples on the right side of the main temple. On the left and the front right side of the main temple are several ger base outlines. At one time Lun brigade was located here but later moved 20Km to the north to Belgeh brigade.
