Өмнөговь аймаг Номгон сум, Рашаантын хурал Одоогийн Номгон сумын нутгийн урд захаар үүсгэн байгуулагч, байгуулагдсан он нь тодорхойгүй Рашаантын хурал хэмээх нэг дугантай, 10-аад лам бүхий цагийн хурал байжээ. Энэ хуралд сарын дүйчэн өдрүүдээр 10-аад тооны лам нар цуглаж хурал хурдаг бөгөөд бусад үед нэг тахилч лам мөнх зултай хурал байсан байна. Энд хурдаг 10-аад лам нарын дотор Жамц тойн, Жамц унзад, Лувсанжав унзад, Равжаа унзад нарын хүмүүс хурдаг байжээ. Description of location :
The site is located on the border of two sums, Nomgon and Bayan-Ovoo. This area of beautiful natural scenery is called Urtyn am. During the Socialist times a sanatorium with spring water said to have healing power for all parts of the body, was here. The spring still exists. To get to the site one travels 5Km up the Urtyn am, a further 3Km by car and the 2Km on foot. The site sits amongst rocks.

There are ruins and base outlines of several monks residence ger. Ger foundations are all of dirt with the outline picked out with stones. There are the foundations of what may be two temples, three big gers and a few other buildings. It is hard to determine the function of each of the buildings i.e. whether they were temples or storage facilities.
