Өмнөговь аймаг Баяндалай сум. Цагаандэрстийн хурал. Сумын төвөөс баруун хойш 27-28 кмт Цагаандэрсний хурал хэмэээх нэг дуган бүхий цагийн хурал байжээ. Үүсгэн байгуулагч нь тодорхойгүй энэ дуган 1850-иад оны үед байгуулагдсан гэх бөгөөд анх 10 гаруй ламтай Шадаврапиллин гэсэн номын нэртэй байжээ. 20-р зууны эхэн үеэр буюу 1920-иод оны үед байнгын хурал номын ажиллагаа тасарч зөвхөн тахилч лам , мөнх зултай байж сар жилийн дүйцэн өдрүүдийн томоохон хурлуудад л лам нар цуглаж хурдаг байв. / Булган сумын иргэн Дамбаренчингийн Баатартай хийсэн ярилцлагаас.2007.05.29/
Description of location :
The site is even flat land around 60Km to the west of Bayandalai sum centre. Zuulun East point is on the north-east side, Ovoon khets, Nariiny khets are on the south-east side, Temeet khukh and Ulaan khairkhan mountain are on the south-west side of the site. There is a well on the south-west side. Bayanundur mountain is on the north-west side of the site.

There are the outlines of two temples as well of signs of double fencing, a kitchen, storage facilities and about 10 fenced residences. All the buildings were built with raw and blue bricks and held together by stones and mud.
