The tutelary deity of the monastery was Vajrapani. The monastery was a relatively large monastery. It had two temples and many stupas. Tsam dances and the Maitreya procession were performed in this monastery. The abbots of the monastery were Otgon tsorj, Gungaa, Gesgui, Jamsran Dorj, Gegeen, Jamba, Jamts, Baldangombo, Davgajamts, Dalantai,Tserendorj, Navaan, Jalbuu, Oidov, Gombo and Sandagdorj.
