Сээрийн дуганы хурал Өндөр улаан сумын 1-р багийн нутаг Азаргын гол, Сээрийн гол хоёрын бэлчэрт Сээрийн ам хэмээх газарт 1-р багийн төвийн дэргэд 1 дуган бүхий цагийн хурал байжээ.1850-1860 оны үед Жанцан гэлэн гэдэг хүний үүсгэн байгуулсан энэ хурал Гомбо шүтээнтэй зун намрын улиралд дүйцэн өдрүүдээр 20 гаруй лам цуглаж хурдаг байсан ба 1930-аад оны эхээр хаагджээ.
