The site is located at the place called Uuliin suurin and 30 km west of the center of Bayanjargalan soum.

Site status at the time of survey :
There are neither bricks on the monastic site nor any trace of digging. There is visible evidence of the foundations of some smallish buildings, some residences for monks, large courtyards, and the sites where yurts once stood. These buildings are surrounded by a goroo circumambulating path. Large pieces of wood, pot fragments and other everyday objects were found on the site. A well is situated on the north. It is not sure that the foundations (6 x 6 steps) of small buildings were shrines or dwellings.
