The temple is a yurt-shaped and surrounded by a low iron fence. A stupa was built in the temple courtyard in 2005, on the initiation of Luvsanbaldan monk and stands on the right of the temple. There are some sculptures of animals, such as horse and camel in the courtyard, made of concrete. The temple building is furnished nicely with many sculptures and thangkas of deities.

Data from the informant Sh. Dolgorsüren, born in 1948, a woman who is the key holder, guard, and cleaner of the temple. She is also a devotee, and a student of the old monk, B. Namsrai, and participates in the chanting in the ceremonies.
The new temple, called Maanii Örgöö, in the sum centre of Öndörshil, was founded in 1992 or 1993. The yurt shaped temple building was built then. There were many old monks at that time at the ceremonies: the abbot was D. Luvsanchültem, who had been a monk in Ölgii Khiid (present Ömnögovi aimag, Mandakh sum); the Lovon monk was Yondonbazar. Other monks were: Luvsanchültem, Baasanjamts, B. Namsrai, Banjil, Jamsran, Rivansan, Pürev, Deleg, Tömörkhüü and Gajim (who had been a monk in Olon Khüree). Luvsanchültem and Jamsran had also been monks in Ölgii Khiid.
Today only B. Namsrai is alive, but he is more than 90 years old now (born in 1913, cow year) and he is unable to attend the ceremonies.
Today there are only two monks, Luvsandash who is 74 years old and Ukhaan, who is 59 years old. Both became monks recently. There is also a 16-year-old monk student. Dolgorsüren herself has memorised many texts, and studied with Namsrai monk. So she also participates in the ceremonies. Ceremonies are only held on certain days such as the 8th and 15th of the month when devotees gather and chant together the text of the two Taras (2 Dari ekh) and Maani. The two monks were away to Govi-Ugtaal Sum at the time of the survey. Dolgorsüren said that Odbrül rinpoche comes here occasionally. He also gives donations to the temple.

The data on Active Temples was collected in 2006 (UB) / 2007 (National Survey). It provides a snapshot of the revival of the monasteries in Mongolia at that time. Undoubtedly many things will have changed since this survey was done.
