Дундговь аймаг Хулд сум Мэнгэтийн хурал /Манхтын хурал/ Ганданчойнхорлин/ Хуучин Дундговь аймгийн Луус сумын нутагт байсан ба одоо оршин буй газар нутаг нь Хулд сумын харьяалад орсон энэ хурал нь Луус сумын төвөөс баруун урагш 20 км зайд байх Хүрэн овоо хэмээх газарт байна.Уг хурлын байгуулагдсан он цаг үүсгэн байгуулагчийн тухай Үндэсний төв архивийн гар бичмэлийн фондод “...1856 онд харчин өртөөний ардууд занги Гомбожавын удирдлагаар “Юм” зэрэг ном унших хурал байгуулав.28 жил нүүж яваад 1881 онд суурьшжээ.Өртөөний занги хурлыг тэргүүлж явжээ.Намрын эхэн сарын 15-ны өдөр олон хүн цугларч Майдар эргэдэг болой...” гэж тэмдэглэсэн бичмэл эх байна.Мэнгэтийн хурал нь 1935 оны үед хаагдсан бөгөөд энэ нь байршил хурал номын цар хүрээ лам нарын тоо /10-15/ зэргээс үзэхэд байнгын хуралтай өртөө хурал байжээ.

Description of location :
The site is located in Khuld sum. It is 20Km south-west of Luus sum centre. Rinchen: Khüren ovoo, Maidar: Menget. Khuld sum, Mengetiin bulag (20 km from Luus sum centre to the southwest. Although Rinchen marked the place as being in Luus sum, presently it belongs to Khuld sum. The place is called Menget and the ovoo is situated on the top of a hill behind the complex. The site is located on a road going from Delgerkhangai to Luus.

Site status at the time of survey :
Neither bricks nor roof pieces were found on the site. Thus the temples are likely to have been of wood as some remnants can be seen. Places of four temples are visible and a huge courtyard (probably financial unit). One temple (probably the main assembly hall) was fenced-off. Its place is marked with a silken scarf. 8 stupas seem to belong to the complex and the ovoo on the top of the hill was worshipped. Traces of digging are visible in some buildings. The members of the local authority of Luus sum visited the site and got GPS coordinates as well. A well was / is south of the complex.
