Notes :
Additional information 5.A tourist camp called ‘Tsogt khun taij’, is 1.2kms on the east side of the remains. Another tourist camp is being built around 2 km away on the south east side. 8.Some part of construction wall and the wall which surrounded the inside construction remain. 10. Local people say that this construction was built by Tsogt taij but some references consider that it was established by Chandmani toin and Shireet from Ikh Shavi. The first research was started in 1934 and again in 1948-1949. In 2002, the main construction surrounded by the stone wall was excavated. Religious materials belongings, an alter, brass small cup for oil-lamp, burnt tsatsa, copper urn, vases and many Buddhist books and sutras were found there. The building had enamel floor made from compacting red clay and gorgeous pictures on the wall. Some of the wooden columns, the base of a column and bricks with pattern and without pattern remain. It is certain that the Buddhist building which was built in the XVII century was constructed on the same site as Hytan city that was built in IX BC.
