The complex was situated near Delgerekh Bulag brook. Delgerekh ovoo is not known by the local people, but there are two ovoos near the site.

Only the stone basements of some square-shaped buildings are visible on the site. Traces of digging. Equipment or utensils were not found. A winter shelter was built on its western side. There is an ovoo behind the complex, where women are forbidden to go. A smaller ovoo and Delgerekh Bulag brook are southeast of the site.

Maidar (624) indicates this monastery belonging to Saikhan Ovoo Sum, but doesn’t determine its exact place. However, the site of the monastery belongs to Erdenedalai Sum now, but it is close to the border with Saikhan Ovoo Sum. According to Maidar 40 monks belonged to the monastery before the purges. The monastery had one temple and one financial unit according to Maidar.
