Description of location :
The site is located by the mountain Biluut, at the bank of Khyatruul river and the area of Zuun Ulaan. It is 25 km north-west from the soum centre. The site is located between Chandmani mountain and southern slope of a mountain Varnin.

There are remains and foundations of about 10 buildings and a burning stove. From the burning stove a gilded finger of a Buddha statue was found. The area is not dug. Archeological work is required on the place.

According to Tserendorj; the temple buildings were made of blue bricks. According to Encyclopaedia of Uvurkhangai aimag (p-275) the ruins of Arslan khaanii city or Olon sumiin khul is situated about 30 km northeast of the sum centre. About 7 temple basements are visible about 1m above the ground. According to Tugs monk (A16) a foreigner presented a large golden stupa there. The ancient city was destroyed by Galdan Boshigt (?) or in more times. A finger of a statue and pieces of gold were found in a baayu burning stove for burning bricks

According to S.Tugs, the lama of the present-day temple in the center of Uyanga soum, there was a big monastery complex in a place called Bituutiin am (The valley of Bituut), which was a city before the time of the war with Galdan Boshigt. The informant gave us information to find the exact place.
