Дүйнхор тэргүүний хурал Өндөр улаан сумын 3-р баг буюу Донгой багийн нутаг сумын төвөөс баруун урагш 50-иад км-т Зуунмодны амны Тойрохын бүрд гэдэг газарт нэг дуган бүхий цагийн хурал байжээ.1870-аад оны үед Дүйнхор тайж гэдэг хүний үүсгэн байгуулсан энэ цагийн хурал 1930-аад оны эхэн үеэр хаагдсан байна.Дуганыг 1940 оны сүүлчээр нураасан ба Туурийн зүү хойд талд сүсэгтэн олон 1990-ээд оны үед нэгэн шинэ овоо босгосон.Уг хурлын лам нар зуны эхэн сард Тойрох нуурын хойд эрэг дахь Үлэмж Бадрах овоог тахидаг байжээ.
Description of location :
Occupying the 3rd Brigade land, about 50 km. southeast of the sum centre is an area called Toirokhiin Burd resting in the valley of Zuun Modnii. To the north from this location there is a place called Namagt and an area to the west is called Urt Bulag. In 2 km. north of the temple site, is an owoo called Ulemj Badraagch Owoo on the north shore of Toirokh Nuur.

• Duinkhor Terguunii Dugan or Duinkhor Head Temple
• Toirokhiin Nuuriin Khural or Toirokhiin Lake temple
• And Toirokhiin Burdiin Khural
The temple served as a temporary assembly place for Shireet Khuree monks who were gathered to practice for 115 days during the 1st month of Mongolian Calendar, the Chronology of Wisdom. The 1st month of the Chrolonology of Wisdom (Bilgiin Uliral) is considered to be a special 45 days of oath-taking retreat period by the monks. This Duinkhor Terguunii Dugan temple base is located 10.5 km. from Palan Terguutnii Dugan temple. The temple was established for the local devotees by an affluent local named Duinkhor.
